The harvest of Moringa Oleifera, described as the world's most beneficial plant, which was planted on 15 decares of the 470-decare experimental land of Gaziantep Nurdağı Vocational School, was celebrated with a ceremony. This Moringa cultivation project, jointly conducted by the Provincial Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Nurdağı Vocational School, Adana Science and Technology University, İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), and Nurdağı Public Education Center, is the first of its kind in Turkey. The ceremony for the harvest of Moringa Oleifera grown in Nurdağı was attended by Gaziantep Deputy Governor Uğur Aladağ, Nurdağı District Governor Lokman Düzgün, Provincial Director of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Mehmet Karayılan, Nurdağı Vocational School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Aytekin, project partners, 20 trainees, and citizens. Following the ceremony, the harvest was carried out by the 20 female trainees who cultivated the Moringa Oleifera.
